  Great location, great complex, and no problems with the realtor. Very easy to rent. 431 is a good, clean condo. That's it. The shower heads did not work properly, and our daughter had to shower in ours each day. The tv in the spare would not work. Light bulbs were out, and the furniture is simply the most uncomfortable I've experienced so far. The master bed was so bad that my husband actually chose the futon on the last night (our actual anniversary). The regular couch was worse than the bed, so...
  There is no ice maker, so just be prepared, and if you do not rent through El Mat themselves, you must also leave your license at the front gate in order to receive a sauna key. Every time.
  The front door is sticky, and it has an old-school key (1), so you can lose it and not be able to receive another on site.
  The sliding doors to the balcony are more difficult than most, and we just simply could not use the bedroom one.
  All in all, we love this complex and were happy we got beachside so last minute. The mattress really needs to be replaced or upgraded, but everything else you can justify because of the location and the complex itself.

  Rented this place through Chris Ault @Alicua Hollis Realty - and she was AWESOME! Had a minor maintenance issue that was fixed the same day! Condo is a little dated, but very adequate! Kitchen is very well stocked. If you are coming for the beach, it is only steps away!
