  Our family was looking for a place to stay close enough to the beach and this rental was just that. Unit 245 checked all the boxes. We were able to see the ocean from the front door and the balcony. The rooms AC worked great! Plenty of room for a family of 4 and then some. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The shower pressure was great. The amenities in the unit were more than expected compared to other places we’ve stayed at in the past. Parking was never an issue and could usually park relatively close to our building. The washer and dryer located close to our unit worked great.
  There was two pools at the complex, two hot tubs, two saunas, and a gym.
  We loved the complementary chairs and umbrella at the beach which we could even reserve for the next day.
  The guard shack offered a piece of mind that the complex goes to good lengths to ensure safety of tenants and renters.
  There was some remodeling going on at the complex during our stay but it’s something we saw as them taking real care of the buildings and up keep.
  When I first contacted Alicia J. Hollis Vacation Rentals I really appreciated the time the rep took to talk to me and the call back after.
  Beach access was very easy to get to and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach.
  We will definitely stay here again in the future.
