This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the 4th floor of this complex. It faces the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular view from the private balcony. The Master bedroom which faces the beach has a King size bed, TV and DVD player. The Guest bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a TV/ DVD player and the living room has 2 DAY BED, 2 CHAIRS for your comfort. There is a TV and DVD player and WI-FI internet access. The large Galley shaped kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and well stocked cabinets for the cooks in the group. There is a large Island for extra counter space. There is a separate laundry room in the condo with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience The Summerlin property features a gulf-side pool (heated in winter), BBQ grills, a boardwalk to go directly to the beach, and covered ground floor parking. This unit comes with FREE Beach Service.

  We love the Summerlin complex and our unit 404. It was recently updated, has a well stocked kitchen. My husband would like a recliner, but Oh well!!balcony furniture is top of the line!!

  We enjoyed our stay at Summerlin 404. Perfect location with fantastic views, the beach was not crowded at all! I would recommend a sleeper sofa in the living room vs the rollaway beds, leaving more towels for parties of 6, and the shower needs a shower head with more pressure (it was almost just a trickle). The couch in the living room was dirty looking but overall none of this was anything that we couldn't deal with! A big positive for us was they had ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms which is a must for us! AJH Reality, especially Austin, was fantastic dealing with, very helpful, professional and accommodating! Will definitely be booking with them again!

  Key pickup was convenient and easy, especially since we arrived after hours. Also close to the unit so no driving out of the way.
  
  Unit was clean, well decorated, and full of amenities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Ice machine in the fridge worked as well, which is a huge plus since a lot of units don’t have this hooked up
  
  Beach service (chairs and umbrellas) were provided but unit also had boogie board, beach chair (if you want to sit in the water to soak your toes), and a small portable cooler.

  Had a few glitches with the plumping, but the Alicia J Hollis Realtor Company worked with us and corrected the problem with only a minor disturbance in our week long stay at the condo. Other than that, the condo was great. Loved waking up every morning to the ocean view, and having coffee on the balcony. The space was perfect for my husband and I.   Have rented the same unit for four years. Recently updated. Has a very modern vibe. Like the looks but not a big fan of the living room furniture. It looks amazing but not very comfortable. Also the couch is not a hide a bed so to sleep six you have to have someone sleep on the couch. It has a single roll out bed. For us it was not a problem as we have teens but adults may not care for that. Over all this is a great place and we will always stay here.

Covered parking was a nice perk we hadnt had in our past condos! Hardly any wait for elevators with it being only a 30 unit count condo! Quiet too! Pool never overcrowded. King mattress in master VERY comfy! Loved the double sized balcony. Only suggestion I would make would be to get bar height chairs on the balcony for an even better view of the ocean, beach and dolphins! Managers were very easy to deal with even when our arrival time became later than expected due to traffic! Thanks for adding to our great stay!

  We had a great time at the condo! Even though it rained some, we were able to go to the beach as soon as the sun came out. The condo was well equipped and clean. The kings bed was so comfortable!

  My family and I loved just about everything to do with this condo. Only 30 total units in the building, very quiet, and the condo had everything we needed. Only a few steps out of the elevator to the beach. We will definitely consider staying here again!

  It was a great stay for the place and price. My only problem I found was asked in the first week if I would be renting the place next year. At that point I had not made up my mind. I felt pressured to make a decision at that time. I had the same place for 3 previous years.

  We enjoyed our stay at the Summerlin & our time in the Fort Walton/Destin area. We had a great view & the atmosphere was great! So relaxing and very enjoyable!!! Please don't misunderstand me because our condo was clean, but I feel a few things could be improved on. && please discard the silverware that looks as though it's been roughed up. I scratched my tongue on it before we discovered the better set 2 drawers down. Now.....Would I stay there again? Absolutely!!! ??????

  The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Our stay was before peak season and he allowed us to rent Sunday to Sunday. The location is perfect, very close to everything but without the large crowd and traffic of Destin. Pool area is nice, as well as the covered parking area. We loved the large balcony and view from the master bedroom. The key pickup is very easy. Comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella service everyday, and their are two additional chairs inside the condo if needed. We will definitely stay here again.
