"This large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo is located on the 6th floor of this complex. It has a 30-foot private balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular views including sunset. The carpeted living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom faces the Gulf and has a King size bed, 32" Smart TV, reading chair, and sliding glass door to the balcony. The Guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a 32" TV. The main living area is large with dining and game tables, and a sliding glass door to the balcony. A 55 inch TV has DIRECTV cable service, along with a Blu-ray DVD player with streaming capabilities, as do the other TVs. This unit also has high-speed WI-FI internet access. Remodeled bathrooms include a walk-in primary shower. The large kitchen is fully equipped with well-stocked cabinets for the cooks in the family. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience."

  The location was great! Truly just steps from the beach. We were there in August and I didn't feel like the beach was crowded at all. There was the option to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella from a vendor on the beach. The view from the balcony was perfect and we even watch dolphins swim by. The condo was exactly as the website said. The decor is dated but the beds are comfortable and the unit was clean. Make sure to bring beach towels as those weren't provided. You'll also want to pick up paper towels and extra toilet paper. It would be helpful to have a curtain in addition to the blinds in the spare bedroom. The outdoor lighting keeps that room fairly bright all night long.

  Alicia's team was easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get a hold of when I had questions. The condo is truly steps away from the beach. There was a vendor for beach chair and umbrella rental right on the beach. The description of the condo was accurate and clean. The decor is dated but we were there to be outside so that didn't matter to us at all. The details of the condo told us what we would need so we were prepared but it would be nice to have access to beach towels, paper towels and more toilet paper. The extra bedroom has blinds but not a curtain so the outside lighting keeps that room pretty bright at night.

  We are a recently retired couple and first time snowbirds. We found the property and the location to be quite satisfying. Everything was clean and the condo was plenty spacious and inviting. Our particular location was on the 6th floor and we both prefer to generally be on upper levels so this was a plus for us. We both had envisioned spending more time in the pool area but no one can control the weather and it was cooler than that would allow on many days. That said it was a nice space on the days we did swim. There is also an enclosed tennis court which we did not use but observed others enjoying that area. The beach is right out the backside or is it the front as people with lake homes would say. The beach was totally clean with plenty of area to stretch out and remain private. During our stay in February the temps were mostly in the 60’s. Naturally a bit colder on rainy days and a bit warmer later in the month. We found the balcony space very much to our liking. With extended walls to the edge on each end it was a private space to view the ocean and relax in the the sun. Even on cooler or windy days if the sun was out it was an enjoyable space warmer than sitting on the beach yet still with the wonderful ocean view. The master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed with a nice mattress. There were plenty of shopping options for groceries and leisure activities plus multiple quality dining options to experience as well. We had a great time and hope to return next year. All in all a wonderful experience!

  Great location and price, beautiful view and very clean! It is a bit out dated but we loved the view and how clean 611 Surf Dweller was. Has a big private patio with plenty of room for all six of us to hang out! Located beach front for easy access to the beach anytime of day. It is just minutes from the boardwalk for shopping and minutes from Publix for anything else you might need from food to that forgotten razor. The property in general was well maintained and clean as well. Did I mention how clean it was!? We will be back!

  This until was perfect for our family. Very spacious with comfortable furniture. The full kitchen is very well stocked with everything you may need for a week. The 2 queen bedroom was so big that my son was able to sleep on a queen air mattress so he wouldn't have to share a bed, and they still had room to walk around in there! The master bedroom is huge as well. Both bathrooms are updated and clean. The private balcony is amazing with plenty of seating for everyone to stare at the beautiful views. We highly recommend this condo!

All beds and living room furniture all very comfortable. Separate laundry off kitchen was nice. We’ll stocked kitchen. We had everything needed to prepare 2 meals.. Bathrooms have been updated and are very nice. If additional renovations are done in the future it would make the condo fabulous. Hard surface flooring would be nice. Just not a fan of carpet at the beach. Very close to the beach and nice area for washing off sand. Quiet complex.

Direct TV and Elevators is a HOA issue, and not ours, and i am so sorry you felt like that, cause we always take care of our maint. and tenants needs. We had coffee watching the waves almost every morning and enjoyed wonderful sunsets too. Location is good, convenient to all FWB activities and only minutes from Destin. A few repairs need to be made but we have been assured they are being done so we have reserved 611 for next year.

  We just had a quick weekend getaway. The staff I spoke with was very friendly, I accidentally booked a "smoking unit" noticed it after. The lady changed my rental with out issue. The location of the office was next to a strip club which was kind of off putting since we got to ft walton at 10pm. The unit it self wasn't terrible, just very out dated. Like going back in time to the 80s and going to visit your grandparents.
