  Everything was exactly like the pictures. Getting to and from beach was super convenient, can’t beat this location. Lots of space and seating for larger parties. One of the best parts was watching the fireworks from our balcony that are done every Wednesday during the summer! You do have to check in at a separate location than the condo but it’s location is near by and we passed it on our way in so wasn’t an inconvenience. You won’t be disappointed!

  We really enjoyed our stay at surf dweller. The beach was great. The only negative to the room was no deadbolt on inside of room and we have little kids and like the extra security to help keep p them in. Other than that it was clean and very spacious.

  Place is a wonderfully comfortable size and we like sitting on the balcony watching the water and the world go by with a good book in our hands and a good drink nearby. While it was only the wife and I, the accommodations are sized that another 4 are easily handled. The kitchen was reasonably equipped for a vacation rental with all the basic tools (no leftover spices or oils that I have found in others, which is fine). You can tell from the pictures that cutting edge interior design is not the unit’s strong point, but the beds and furniture (inside and out was comfortable enough). It is clean; but the ceramic tile is due for a deep clean and the bedroom carpets have some age. Couple of picky things: 1) the big TV is in the primary bedroom and not the living room and 2) the TV in the second room has no outside service that I could figure out. The location is wonderful with great access to good restaurants and the street the building is on is not at all that busy. It all feels a half step away from the busiest areas (which we like).

  This was the first time we visited Fort Walton Beach. It also was the first time using your services.
  We found your salesman, Auston very polite and helpful. He even came to change a battery in a chirping fire detector.
  The condo was spacious and very accommodating. The only issue we had was a tv in the second bedroom. The couple with us were unable to watch Direct TV in their room.
  The beach service personel were very friendly and willing to work with minor issues that came up. They also volunteered to help the couple with us pull their ice chest across the sand to the chairs.
  Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay at the Surf Dweller Condos. We have already agreed we would like to return to this same room on furthur trips.

  The rooms were clean, spacious and well decorated. We were very surprised by all of the seaweed in the ocean and the dead fish washing up on the shore. My husband broke his hip 3 years ago and when the elevator stopped working it put an extra burden for him to walk to the middle of the complex to ride the elevator. Also a fire drill during lunch was rather aggravating. The worst problem was the door not locking. We thought the code was so great until my daughter checked the door and it opened without a code. Thank goodness for the key but we were several days into the vacation before we discovered that the door wasn't locking. Otherwise the unit was in great shape.

  The complex was much more well cared for as in the past. The rooms were cleaner also. You can see a big difference in presentation of the complex overall.
  Do think owners need to make decision on heating pool and DO it. This has been ongoing for @ least 3-5 years. Been there for years, great year, weather, water, and grands were a really good age. Thx for asking . Need a new dishwasher and comfortable chair for living room.
