  Overall we really like the condo this is our 2nd vacation at this place and it is perfect for two people. The only suggestion we have is to get a better couch and Chair. They are nice looking but not very comfortable. We only were in the condo at night time and spent our days on the beach it is so nice to walk out the back door to the beach.

  We've stayed at Island Sands several times at all thee levels. The benefits of saying on the first level are obvious. No stairs to climb, easier unloading and loading, closer access to the beach, pool, and vehicle. Cons include lack of ocean view, need to keep curtains closed for privacy, no balcony.

  Everything was very good, they should only wash the sheets and blankets, even if they are not used because they did not have a good smell. For everything else it is a wonderful property.

    Thanks for letting us know about the smell on the linens. I really don't understand as all the linens go to the laundry and washed by the laundry, and they cannot put any smelly stuff on linens as some people have allergies. But, we appreciate that you enjoyed 104 Island Sands, as it is such a beautiful unit, right one the beach, and just steps to the boardwalk and out to the beach.
