  We loved our stay in 311. You have the best mix of ground floor access and view. You can see the beach and hear the waves and the pool and greenspace is just a step away. Unit was lovely without too much clutter or overwhelming decor. It was perfect for our family. We love the El Matador and have been staying here nearly 20 years. 311 just might be our favorite unit of them all.

  Once again very happy with our stay. This is our 3rd year staying in the unit. While it needs some updates it does not effect the overall experience. The sliding door is getting a little tough and the wifi did not work. We will be back in 2020!
