4 bedroom, 2 bath (plus two separate vanity areas) 4th floor condo with two large balconies, each with a view of the sugar white beach and Gulf. Watch for dolphins! Turn around and you can see a view of the Sound with a fire-works display every Thursday evening in the summer months. You will have your own covered parking for your vehicle. The condo has two master suites, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a king. The third bedroom has twin beds. The den has full sized twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen t.v., as does the den and living room. All areas of the unit are tiled. There is a cook’s dream, fully equipped kitchen, and the complex has grills available at the picnic area by pool. The unit is equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas. There is WiFi access in every room.
We all love family and friends, but this 1640 sf condo allows everyone to escape to their own space when they feel the need!!
The swimming pool is beach-side, and is heated during the cooler months. The tennis court is beside the parking lot. You will have your own covered parking for your vehicle. The Emerald Isle complex was fully renovated in 2016, at a cost of over four million dollars.
Enjoy local restaurants and the shopping convenience of Ft. Walton Beach but all the tourist amenities of close-by Destin (six miles).
No smoking in the unit or on the balconies. No pets allowed (the owner has severe allergies).
Renters must be over 25 years old.

  The condo did not have an iron, but an ironing board. The light in the vent in the bathroom to right of the kitchen was inoperable. The vent switch above the stove was inoperable. When we contacted maintenance they showed up and didn't accomplished anything.

  The location of the property and interaction with both the property management team and the property owner were fantastic. The rental unit itself was not up to expected standards with furniture and mattresses in need of an upgrade. The size was perfect for our large group and the cost was indicative of what you get. It could be a five star rental with some upgrades and attention to detail. In the end, it suited our needs.

  Alicia Hollis' rental team were fantastic. Nice size condo to fit our group. We enjoyed the balcony. Furnishing Somewhat outdated but clean. Parking limited for size of entire condo. Overall, pleasant stay and we had a nice time.

    Donna, we are so happy that you enjoyed the condo and it was accommodating for everyone that came down with you for the wedding. We will bring the furnishings to the owners attention for her to do something with it, but, the location to go out to the beach, had to be great, and easy to go down the elevator and to the pool and out to the beach.   Beds slept poorly mattress worn and plastic under thin sheets also not much privacy from master to another bedroom, kitchen was very small location was good, parking was a long distance from our actual room and that was difficult due to handicap
