This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers stunning beach views and is located on the 3rd floor of Building 2 at El Matador. As an end unit, it provides extra space and additional windows, allowing for even more natural light and breathtaking views—truly a must-see to appreciate. The condo features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, two full-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, comfortably accommodating families or groups. For your entertainment, there are three flat-screen TVs along with Wi-Fi access throughout the unit. El Matador is a gated beachfront community with 24-hour security, offering a peaceful and secure environment for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a variety of on-site amenities, including:
- Two swimming pools (one heated during winter months)

  Bulky Foam Mattress stuffed into master bedroom closet, making closet inaccessible. Doors to closet were off tracks. Moved mattress to second bedroom.
  Faucet set in 2nd bathroom loose and wobbly; needs to be tightened. Spray nozzle in kitchen sink would not retract; weight not in proper place. Had to use masking tape to hold up faucet.
  Very limited view of gulf. Living room had a HUGE TV; much bigger than needed. Hard on eyes so close to couch.Couldn't be turned to be viewed from dining table. (Excellent picture; would be great in larger room.)
  Would not stay in that condo again, but will probably return to ElMatador.

  Great vacation, wonderful location, however some issues with the unit. While the kitchen was remodeled, the rest of the unit needs some TLC & updates. I needed to contact management when we arrived as the master bathtub faucet leaked a consistent stream of water. The A/C went out as well and Alpine Air arrived to replace a burned compressor wire they found in the unit on the deck. Alicia Hollis was prompt and the matter was corrected expediently. Love dealing with Alicia Hollis, but this unit needs upgrades.

It has finally been fixed as they had to get into the wall, We will let the owner know about doing some upgrades there, and i am sure he will.   It was great. The condo was great and nice location. Could see the gulf from our balcony. The sandy beach was great and close. The water was really clear. Enjoyed the whole trip. Short drive to grocery store and places to eat. Can’t say enough good things. Really enjoyed ourselves.

  The location was great with view of the ocean. The property is the last one on the island, felt somewhat private. Workout facility met our needs. Rental was clean. The only issue we had was the oven wouldn’t work. We called and left a message and by our second call someone came to fix it but it was our last day. We made due. Not sure how the ice maker worked, no instructions. Would use it again.

  I enjoyed my stay during my work trip to Fort Walton. The fitness center was better than most Ive used. The room was VERY clean and had everything I needed. The only thing it was missing was a nice balcony view of the ocean. You can see the ocean but I certainly wouldn't call looking around the corner of a building and across a parking lot breathtaking. Very nice condo. I would definitely stay here again.
