This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers stunning Gulf views and a true coastal vacation experience. The unit features a new king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a comfortable new sofa in the living room, providing updated comfort throughout the space. The complex includes a beachside swimming pool that is heated during cooler months, offering year-round enjoyment. The tennis court is conveniently located beside the parking area, and guests are just steps away from the famous sugar-white sand beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf Coast. This prime location allows guests to enjoy the best of both worlds—quiet Fort Walton Beach convenience with easy access to nearby Destin’s restaurants, shopping, and attractions just six miles away.

  Very nice condo. We stayed here for 2 nights due to a problem with our reserved condo, moved when issue was fixed. Unit was decorated nicely. However, we found the kitchen supplies to be very limited (better in our other condo). Would have been difficult for us to easily do meals while in the unit--maybe look at restocked some essentials?? Unit was very clean and rental agency offered to help us move our belongings to our other unit when we moved (didn't take them up on it, but very nice to offer!)

  Four of us stayed for four nights and had a wonderful experience. We initially had an issue with the a/c in the unit. When we called the office, they immediately sent a repairman out and it was fixed later that day. I appreciate their quick response, especially with it being a holiday weekend. The pictures online are a little dated, so we were pleasantly surprised with some items in the unit that had been updated. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would stay there again.

  From the moment we walked in, we were enchanted by the view of the Gulf. Condo was spacious and clean and super quiet. Check-in/check-out were simple with the lock box option. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had minor issues (slow drain and tricky faucets), but we didn’t report these until the last day. We would definitely stay here again!

  We have stayed at Emerald Isle many times. Well maintained condo grounds. Beautiful pool & view. Stayed in Unit 312 this visit. Had some nice features. Beautiful bedroom furniture & quilt in the Master. Nice newish kitchen cabinets & nice white tile floors. We had a few maintenance issues & the management company sent someone over ASAP. All were taken care of. However the owner of said unit needs to replace the loveseat. Also all three TV’s were old style & outdated. But they did work. We had two days of rain due to tropical storm Gordon.
  Always go to Back Porch for a meal & Shrimp Basket nice too.
  Management also helped us out of a jam! Much appreciated.
  I would recommend this property. However owner has a few things they need to upgrade!

  It was wonderful. The condo was clean, well equipped in the kitchen, and easily accessible to the beach. The first night we were there we went to eat at Floyd's Seafood Restaurant. It was delicious. We bought seafood the next day at the Destin Ice House in Destin. Steve likes to cook so he made our meals the rest of our stay. Chris was extremely nice and helpful with setting us up in this comfortable condo.
